What began as a support tool for social media in 2016, was revitalized and open-sourced in 2019 with a successful HackerNews launch. With community feedback and consistent development, Chatwoot has continued to grow to 25,000+ self-hosted installation over the years.

Our team is fully remote, with members located in both the United States and India. We have significant experience working with leading brands to build software products.

At heart, we are software builders with a passion for solving communication challenges within an organization. We aim to develop a world-class open-source product designed to enhance customer relationships.
